Privacy Policy
Effective October 3, 2026
This policy explains how CAZECC LLC ("Cazecc", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information through our website, www.cazecc.com, and through the software applications we build and operate for our clients, including applications that connect to third-party platforms such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
Information we collect
- Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message.
- Website data. Our website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and has no forms or accounts. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure the site, and may set strictly necessary security cookies.
- Client application data. When a client authorizes one of our applications to access its accounts on a third-party platform, the application retrieves the data needed to provide the service the client asked for. For advertising platforms this is typically account names and identifiers, campaign, ad set and ad group names, settings and statuses, schedules, budgets, and performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, spend, and conversions.
- Application user data. Our client applications store the name, work email address, and role of each authorized user so they can sign in, along with activity records needed for security and auditing.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, maintain, and support the services our clients engage us for, such as tracking campaign status and delivery, reconciling spend, and reporting to the client.
- To respond to inquiries and communicate with clients and prospective clients.
- To secure our systems, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use data obtained from client accounts or third-party platforms for advertising, for profiling, or for any purpose other than providing the client's service.
Data from Google and Meta
Data obtained through the Google Ads API or other Google APIs is used only to provide the client-facing features of the application that requested it. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data obtained through Meta's platform is used in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms. We do not transfer this data to others except as needed to provide the service, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to the client.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that host or support our systems (for example, cloud hosting, database, and email providers) under obligations to protect it, with the client that owns the data, or when required by law. We do not share client data with other clients.
Retention and deletion
We keep client application data for as long as we provide services to that client, or as the client directs, and delete or return it when the engagement ends unless the law requires us to keep it. Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle the inquiry and maintain business records.
To request access to or deletion of your information, including data obtained from your Google or Meta accounts, email [email protected] with the account or application involved. We will confirm your request and complete it within 30 days. You can also remove our applications' access at any time from your Google account permissions or your Meta Business settings; once access is removed, no further data is retrieved.
Security
We protect information with industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), encryption at rest, access limited to authorized personnel, and role-based permissions in our applications. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect the information we hold.
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
